What Motivated You to Start?

Twice before in my life I've been successful at losing weight and getting into shape. Children and work have interfered with my quest to remain fit. I am now focused and determined to make a difference once and for all.
What started this current quest? An upcoming event, not a date on the calendar or a resolution. Also-the realization that I was so uncomfortable with pictures of myself and the sudden battle with gravity that has arrived.
How do you decide what diet fits you? For me Slimfast was successful decades ago-but they no longer manufacture the variety in which you add juice. The last time it was sheer over exercising. Neither seemed like healthy options.
I had tried some diet chain meals thanks to friends. Once again, not a option. I was not interested in preservatives or prepackaged food.
While browsing at a local bookstore I came across the Sonoma Diet. It has started to change my life and that of my family through food. Come join me on my journey!
